Recent Dishes from Our Kitchen

Our à la carte menu changes daily, with a selection of around 6 dishes to choose from for each course. Here we've put together a selection of dishes that have featured in our Orangery Restaurant recently.

The Sheffield Cook Book

We're very happy to be featuring in the Sheffield Cook Book, coming out in early May. The Sheffield Cook Book is a venture in conjunction with EAT Sheffield; the book will feature "the stories and recipes behind some of Sheffield's finest food producers; restaurant, café bars, growers, gastro pubs, farm shop, delicatessens and food industry providers".

We will be entering a few dishes, one of which will feature The Sheffield Honey Company who are an artisan producer of premium quality local English honey and supply the honey we use in our restaurant.

ITV Daybreak Competition

In March we had the pleasure of hosting the ITV film crew for the day as they took some footage to be used in an ITV Daybreak competition launched last week. We were also delighted to meet Matt Johnson from Breakfast TV and The Hub who was present at the filming. If you've seen the footage, you may be able to recognise the hotel's unique arched windows! Good luck to any who have entered.
