General Terms & Conditions
Check in and use of the hotel's leisure facilities are available to incoming guests from 2.30pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Latest check in time 10pm.
Children are welcome in the hotel family suites, however, we do observe an 8:30pm watershed in the public areas of the hotel for children under the age of 12 years.
Pets are accepted in the Mews Apartments only - not within the hotel itself. Please call and check availability before booking if you are planning on bringing pets.
Please note that Losehill House has a total no smoking policy.
A non refundable deposit of 15% will be required to secure a reservation. The balance will be paid on arrival.
Prices are per room.
Cancellation PolicyAll deposits are non refundable.
Full pre payments for special offer rates/ Spa Treatments & Packages are non refundable.
Cancellations made up to 7 clear working days of the commencement of the booking will incur no further charges.
Cancellations after this time but up to 24 hours prior to the booking commencement will incur 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full rate for the duration of the proposed stay. The management will make every effort in these circumstances to re let the accommodation, but this policy is there for the avoidance of doubt should this not be possible.
Gift Card & Experience Terms & Conditions
Gift cards will become active upon purchase, and any balance will expire 12 months after purchase or 12 months after the card was last topped up, whereas experience purchases may have specific expiry dates coinciding with seasonal offers rather than the standard 12-month. We may send you a reminder 8 weeks before your card expires.
Please supply your gift card details when making a booking online, or bring a copy of your gift card or an email copy when visiting in person.
Gifts and experiences are fulfilled by our partner Toggle, your details are shared securely with them, are kept private and are only ever used to fulfil your purchase.
Your gift card balance may be used for full or part payment on any purchase, no change will be given but will remain on your gift card, you can check your balance here.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged in any part for cash.
Look after your gift card - we’ll always try to help, but we can’t accept liability for any lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
